Nothing to do with flowers, but I had an absolute monster once at home, we had a cellar and I'm sure they cultivated themselves into little black devils in the dark and damp. One night the boyfriend had gone away for night and this mahoosive spider decided to sit right in the middle of the bathroom. I threw a Next Directory at it to flatten it but couldn't bring myself to step over it so had to drive to the bar I worked in at 11pm for a wee, pathetic I know.
