I am wondering if anyone has any advice. A couple of days ago it was pointed out to us that another florist was using images lifted from our web site on their own and passing them off in their own gallery. I am furious, not only is this dishonest to her customers as obviously they are unable to produce work of this standard but the blatant cheek of it makes me furious. We have worked so hard to build up a reputation and someone thinks that they have the right to use the images for their own gain. I haven't approached them yet, but certanly plan to, do any of you have any advice as to how to go about this? or what I should do?
