We've been getting a few orders through our fax, but they have never been clear that they are via florist2florist.

We've had a couple in the last three weeks or so and I've faxed them back rejecting the order because I really didn't have a clue where they were coming from, it was only because I googled the fax number today that I realised.

I assumed that direct2florist which I signed up to would mean that I'd be getting the orders directly from the consumer, in which case I probably would've twigged why I was getting these faxes.

Each order I've had so far has been from another florist and the florists take out 20% commission. The main reason I signed up to direct2florist was because no deductions or commission is taken out so the customer is getting basically what they paid for.

It would be good if the faxes that you send clearly state where the order is coming from i.e. direct2florist/florist2florist.
