I must be missing something here. Surely the 'boss' sets the price, along with every other aspect of how the business is run and everyone working for the 'boss' does it that way, regardless of what their preferences may be in another situation. If an employee refuses to follow instructions as laid down by management, then that is grounds for a verbal warning. If the non-compliance continues, then that is grounds for a written warning. If non-compliance still continues, then that is grounds for dismissal. These warning stages can be minutes apart if necessary. Therefore, I see no reason why the 'boss' cannot have things done any way he/she wants.
