Hi Elaine there are 2 of us and yes it is hectic but we have 2 girls who are doing A levels one going into beauty and the other medicine but have trained them to sell answer phone take orders put through on computer condition stock carried to us and of course make the tea do the errands etc this really helps us out and we book them from one peak to next frees us up to get on with floristry also have a couple of ladies young pensioners who are also available when the girls are not we also have our work area in shop so if they get stuck they bring customer to us and we will talk them through and still be able to work away our mother's day will be hectic this year as we have 2 weddings one on the sat and other on the monday it might be worth trying after all as you say what do we do with them when peaks are over
