Its probably quite helpful for people to get a price list to get an idea of costs they're gonna be in for - but as you say it won't be realistic; in which case you could add the word 'from' in front of the prices to indicate the minimum you would charge and a line at bottom saying costs are for guidance only and costs subject to requirements. So if they want the world they know they've got to pay for it!
