I understand what your saying about making bespoke designs for weddings but I haven't met many brides that come in and wave a price list at me saying " I want a £50 handtied next week". All the brides we deal with do want that input into colours, flowers, shape, style etc and so don't expect to pay whats on the price list. Lots of people ordering wedding flowers don't have the foggiest about what decisions need to be made or the choices available, at least with a price list they can think about what they're wanting (and can afford) before they come and see me!.
