Why wouldn't you put 'from £35' if that was something you would offer? Sounds like you're in the enviable position of turning work down if you don't want to be involved in price-driven wedding flowers.

Like you say, most probably don't have a clue about the cost and what they should budget for so getting an average guide price can only be good whether its verbal or on paper
