Hello...Thanks for the Welcome guys... Thought I had better come and say Hi and introduce myself.

My shop is in Brisbane... (Australia) I have noticed that you are all in the UK so I hope you don't mind me being here - although you probably are all asleep when I log in - being on the opposite side of the world and all - I always seem to be the only one online when I am here.

I have ben "lurking" here for a little while, What got me hooked was the "let off some steam" thread...It is very refreshing to learn that it is not just me that seems to get all the loonie customers - believe me, after reading all those threads, no matter where a florist is located we all appear to have the same issues..!!!
