Personally, I think they're disgooosting. Although yesterday, I bought some black- black baccara which looked lush in the packet but when I unwrapped them it was obvious they'd be put in blue dye to make them look blacker because the leaves and stems are all blue, such a shame because the heads do look rather smart.
