Well I have looked into the referal system and it works like this (I think)
Take an example of Wille 
He has Invited a new member (cant remember who) but he will get equal points as the new member receives for posting etc. So you will notice that he has only posted once but has over 2000.
Also with Rosa, who invited Lexy, Rosa will get all the points that Lexy gets for posting etc.
You also get 750 for the invited member automatically.
You can either get them to add your name in the referrer box when they register or use this invite email.
