so what you're saying is I wouldn't need to be an assessor as long as my staff are enrolled on an nvq course I can mark their work then?
The problem I have is my "students" aren't able to make the long journey to the college so if an assessor was already here- ie me, they wouldn't have to go to the college.
I do like the sound of becomming an assessor though, if and when I have enough of this place it would be a good way of working within the floristry industry, ooo I can imagine the lovely, clean, long nails I could have now.
