Hi Admin...Have just sent you a message but thought I would drop a post on here too...

Have just tried to set up a new account for my mother (who I referred by e-mail, but am not othered about getting the invitation £££'s) as it is a family business here...unfortunately we both have cause to use each others computers and e-mail addresses...

To cut a long story short, I entered in the username and password she wanted, clicked ok then all of a sudden...the username was automatically banned forever!

Is there any way of being able to set her up an account here without crossed lines between her and my account?
