If a cool room is too expensive,think of air conditioning the whole shop,the only prob with that is the winter.A cool room stays at the same temp all the time,so in the winter,it is still a good temp.for the flowers.I can start on a wedding or funeral a good few days in advance,because the temp. stays the same all year round,winter or summer
