Never mind it will give you the year to do market research. Are you going to do one of the free business start-up courses? They have all the information about grants, loans etc.
I know that your Dad will know all about tax issues but there could be some valuable hints and tips they can give you. A year is not long to wait for a whole new career. If you have a day a week to spare you could offer to go and help free in a florist shop, it would give you another insight into the florist world. Good luck for the future.
