I think your rainbow rose customer might know a bit more than she is letting on. Yes she could have re potted the rose but it takes time and patience. Somebody with a little bit of skill and knowledge unless she was very lucky. I may have missed something here but I don't believe that she would have re produced another rainbow rose.
