Good point, and that could be our strength when facing all the competition from Supermarkets and Internet shopping. We will go out of our way to find time to give the customer personal service. I am happy for either brides or families organizing funeral flowers to come into the shop when it is closed so that I can give them my full attention. If this isn't convienient for them I am happy to go and see them in their own homes.
