The only person who could have supplied it would have to be the 'almighty' as i would assume that Adam would not have wanted to complete the contract for obvious reasons. We also know that the 'almighty' was the creator and therefore 'owner' of all things green and growing and that he held vast stocks of these items in numerous locations around the world. We could in fact refer to it as one big shop as he obviously had no staff at this point in time and so must have managed it all by himself. The fact that he made no charge for the leaf is not relevant as we know that 'florists' still work for nothing to this day.
