Bouvardia is probably one of the most difficult flowers to look after.
what sosas17 said is probably correct, the oasis doesn't allow enough water to get to the flower, and it dries out.
I found these tips on the new, but they are pretty much common sense tips, but nothing on use with Oasis.
To enjoy your Bouvardias as long as possible, we recommend the following:
- Leave the flowers in the plastic sleeve, then put them in clean water for several hours, before arranging them.
- Cut the flowers slanting.
- Put some warm water in a clean vase to solve the (Bouvardia) cutflower food.
- Stir a little and fill up the vase to the desired level.
- Do not let any leaves get under water permanently.
- Do not put the flowers in direct sunlight or draught.
- Refill the vase daily.
For pot plant Bouvardias, we recommend this:
- The plant may be kept in the shadow or the sun.
- Water the plant frequently, keeping the soil humid.
- The ideal temperature lies between 18 and 20?C (64 and 68F).
- Fertilize the plant once every week.
- In summer, the pot plant Bouvardia may be kept on terraces or balconies.
