My shop is freezing too, so far they have survived.
Place in a rleatively warm room away from heat and in good but direct light and they will last for weeks ( Ithink this advice is more for customers) When it comes to watering give them a soak when the surface of the compost feels dray, and do not water again till it is dry. He says the same for Cyclamen that he puts into wicker baskets (another sale) take them out of basket once a week and stand them in the sink in about 3 inch water for about an hour, then put thme back in basketys near a window. Also Cyclamen love light but not heat so keep cool.
Not sure if this is any help
