If something really is 'not quite right', then any 'constructive criticism' should be accompanied by an explanation of how the work doesn't comply with the 'established' rules.
It's good to see this happening and it's what makes this forum such a useful resource.

you are sooo right since I joined this board and a another flower board I have improved the way I design,the tools I use and my over all attitude it has made a world of difference in my work.. I am really great full
