Got an email from the bride I did flowers for on the 29th December. It was headed 'A few things'. My heart sank thinking she was going to complain about stuff. Anyway I opened it up and it was a 'reply to author' to my last email to her before the wedding with an update of what I was doing/changes made etc etc.

All she wanted was my address! Got a fab card in post yesterday to say thank you, and how beautiful the flowers were (especially the bouquets) and that she hoped I'd enjoyed doing them for her.

It was lovely and a real confidence boost.
