Furlan, you will have to be very careful if you are sending bouquets out by post. Like Apple said most people don't want their flowers delivered that way. You need to make it clear to your customers that they will be posted out the recipient otherwise you could lose a customer. It happened to me when my relay company sent out a bouquet whilst I was on holiday, by courier for one of my customers. Just about everything went wrong. Although the relay company sent out a replacement bouquet to the recipient (with a florist this time) I still lost a customer.
