Last week I asked a wholesaler if they had any pink mini rose plants that weren't already ordered. They said yeah send them the order that day, which I did. The plants didn't arrive so a couple of days later I rang to see if they still had them. No one answered so I left a message. No plants ever arrived. Today I got this email.

I am sorry but we did not send the rose plants that you ordered. We have not dealt with you now for a good while and think that it is totally unfair of you to ask us to deliver these plants on such a busy week as this when it would appear that your regular supplier has sold out of his stock.On weeks like this we really need to concentrate on our regular customers. Perhaps if you were to deal with us on a regular basis then we will not have this problem in future.
