Interflora do not allow their members to accept orders from other florists and it is in breach of thier rules.
Teleflorist do allow their members to accept ordrs from wherever and Flowergram used to but I don't know their position as of today. will ask the question as doing a feature on value of relay etc.
Am I going to comment as to correctness of rule. No, not here.
