I sent the wife flowers for valentines this year (that was a first!) It was a boxed/aosis arrangement and included pink lilies, cream lisi, pink roses and green santini. We don't have airconditioning yet (don't know why as the wife is office manager for an air conditioning company?) and it was in the high 30's that week (stinking hot). The lisi was still fine after a week, 1 of the roses dropped after a week and the lilies all opened (which is what they are meant to do). So Lisi doesn't seem to have a problem with a warm environment. Bear in mind this was a dry heat, not humid like say Singapore. Of course there are many varieties of Lisi and a long chain of events between being cut and sitting in the consumers house. The problem can be caused at any stage in the supply chain.
