I fail to understand how any florist can offer free delivery,,please correct me there if I'm wrong peeps,,if you have a delivery vehicle and a driver you cannot possibly afford to give this service free!!
My gw's start at £20,,plus delivery,,if it looked like customer was going to leave it cos they only had £15 I would do them a small wrap,,but it would still be plus delivery!! I keep instants done on display starting from £10,,,they are just 2 bunches s/cars and bit of foliage but done as h/tieds,,and they fly out cos sometimes folks just want a little something,,they cost me next to nothing and it gets me repeat trade. Obviously bigger ones would have different flower in!
