We're not a huge florist shop, but prob spend around the £200-£300 on cut flowers, but don't forget about plants and sundries per week too. anything left at the end of the week can either go in bargain bqts (weekend pickups and market them as 'colour for the weekend') or have a look at what will stand longer and just use as normal for the beginning of the next weekor funeral work. We try (in an ideal world) to work on a 5% wastage level...of course some weeks are going to be more than that tho...
