Treen, I would be rather hesitant about changing the name of your shop. IF Colchester's population of 150 000 (?) have known Jennifleurs for 20 years then any change dropping 'Jennifleurs' will take years to recover.

Just imagine a new competitor opened there; how long do you think it would take to make that business successful (assuming they were a clone of your business but an unknown name)? Yes, you would have a head start BUT essentially that's what you'd be doing. People usually take a long time to remember new info especially if it isn't beaten into them everyday.
Jennifleurs isn't a bad name and your customers may like it. You may be fixing something that isn't broken.
Maybe you should just grin and bear it... and count the money!
