This was about 7 years ago i was told this, so i can only assume its been the case for quite sme years, but as with some things can't be enforced. I had 2 options at the time, have Jab and follow my dreams or not have jab and....well not follow my dreams...............i had the jab despite my fear of needles!!!!!
