Thanks for the ideas. The colleges round here do do some short courses but they are at a lower level then C&G so don't think they would be worth doing (I did a copule before I did this course to get me started).
I guess I was thinking more of the ones you see advertised in the London florists etc. they seem expensive, but maybe a chance to learn something new? What we have done on the level 2 course is fairly traditional so some more modern stuff would be good.
