Don't let one person put you off - as suggested look at other colleges or even go to floralartmall.com (I think thats right) as they do terrific DVDs if you can't get the level 3 training.

and by the way you can pass on to the witch that I had a bridal bouquet of xanths - it was beautiful - I was married in November and just wanted seasonal flowers - florist thought i was mad but she did an excellent job!

It was 30 years ago and we didn't have the choice that we have now in the late autumn!
