Viola and Viola Cornuta, we sell em by the ton!! Folks start planting them now and they do flower a long time, but here folks usually take them out once its Geranium etc time. I usually leave them in and they bloom sometimes more, sometimes less all summer inīto the fall. I have noticed though that if you remove dead flowers and leaves that they last longer (and nicer!). I LOVE V. Cornuta! I put them into hanging pots and let them grow and grow...last year I got them as long as 1 meter and they flowered well into August!
