This is not much help to you Anna but it's related to your problem. We once got a relay order for two bottles of expensive champagne, which we delivered. A few days later we got the exact same order to the same adress, so thinking it was a bit fishy, I phoned the relay and explained I suspected it was fraudulent and could they check.
To cut a long story short they couldn't be bothered so they just told me to send it and promised I would still get paid for the order no matter what, so I did. A few days later they phoned asking if we would pick the champagne up, the order was dodgy after all.. erm no....it turned out several other champagne orders had been sent by other IF florists in the area to the same adress
