Its disgusting but its happening all the time, because its done over the phone, and they don't need a pin number, its so easy for the fraudsters or even those who decide they want it but don't fancy paying for it.
I guess we all have to learn from it and perhaps be a little more vigilant, even though its not fool proof and it could still re occur.
