Unfortunately my health has dictated I can't participate in this heat. I have contacted UK Skills in the hope I can transfer to the Derby heat instead.

Thanks for all the ideas. Not sure about an anklet. They remind me of prostitutes...sorry! Belt is a nice idea though. I must play around with some stuff and see what I can do.
