I'm a complete div at this sort of thing but I set up an excel spreadsheet like jake mentioned. Its basically columns for date, cash, chq or credit card payments, daily totals. I also break everything down so I know what I've done on cards, plants, flowers, gifts and relay. Hope that makes sense!
