I think you should stick to a hand tied and try and do something a bit different with it. I like maples idea of coming up more in the middle and maybe if you have some dendrobium orchids, glue them onto the end of grasses so you have like a shower of orchids over the bouquet.......then again Ive just drank 2 baileys so I could be talking waffle
