Press the left hand button on your mouse and whie holding it down drag the cursor over al the text so that it's highlighted. Let go of left hand button and then press the Ctrl and C button simultaneously.

Nothing obviously happens but if you then open a blank word doc and press the Ctrl and V button simultaneously - as if by magic - it will all be copied into the page. Then you can just save it as a file and clap in your figures.
