open your email box on the ''new mail'' folder
somewhere is an option to attach something to your email mine is at the bottom of the page some are at the top of the page
click on this and choose to attach file
it will ask you to browse for the file
go to where your have the document stored
double left click on the file with the lists in
that should attach it to the email for you
you won't see it it will be in the paperclip logo thingy
or
copy and paste it to your new email page the same way you copied and pasted it to the word doc
sign ya name on the email page
click send
job done
