sorry sosas i was just having a joke, her sarcasm at peoples repsonses when some were not that bad just got my back up. Irony has nothing to do with it. No personal offence meant but with respect wanting to send out flowers basically straight from the wholesalers does merit some questioning by us as a, she could be basically taking work away from me directly and b, she is asking us how to do it. At the end of the day we are all in business and while we share common practice i think some people are now just wanting information without having the arse to go and look for themselves and in business you have to have thicker skin. If you ask a question about a venture that you have then you cannot expect a softy softy approach with this kind of thing unless you are 6 years old especially as its potentially customer theft. With recession on the cards we need this type of thing less and less.
