At the end of the day we are all in business and while we share common practice i think some people are now just wanting information without having the arse to go and look for themselves and in business you have to have thicker skin. If you ask a question about a venture that you have then you cannot expect a softy softy approach with this kind of thing unless you are 6 years old especially as its potentially customer theft. With recession on the cards we need this type of thing less and less.
