My daughter has just done the Qualatex balloon course. Its 3 DVD's which you can watch at your leisure. You then take the test after each DVD at your own pace online. The final part is to take a practical test in front of assessors.

Its a great course as you can learn at your own pace. My daughter practiced with balloons from a local card shop (helium quality) but has found a website called Go International who do Qualatex balloons.

She even learnt how to make a balloon dog!!!!
