It is water and stain proof and used to come in some lovely colours. It has a draw string running through it which you can pull to make it frilly. I never use the string as its a bit overkill ....... I just pleat it like normal ribbon.
the tributes are beautiful - just a thought as anyone asked - HOTDOG - about the lacelon?? he's a wholesaler and a FN member!!
