My personal opinion is that I would stick with the one shop. Could you relocate to a bigger premises or extend your existing shop if so that is what i would look at.

The problem is i want to stay in the location i am and the shops that come up here are either just way to big or the rent is just silly i can't extend the shop as we have a river running right behind and straight under (the only way is up lol)
