I have a customer who wants summer flowering plants to dress a marquee for a corporate event in mid June. Last year we did white daisy flowered marguerites which apparently weren't colourful enough. Am struggling for ideas as she wants plants in 3 sizes, 10cm (ish) pots to use as table centres, 14cm (ish) pots to use on buffet tables, and specimen sort of size plants (but not standards) to go in terracotta planters outside the marquee. The look she wants is English country garden, last year we used zinc buckets as planters for the small plants. I've suggested hydrangea but she hasn't got the budget for that and has asked me to quote for lavender, but am not convinced she'll be happy with them given her reaction to the rather lovely flower laden marguerites we supplied last year

. Any ideas folks? Ta muchly
