i know what you are saying redhead but the law doesnt agree i dont think. Dont quote me, i would worry that staff would talk cos in places i have worked in the past we have (not florists though). It could cause a lot of bad feeling and unrest unless you changed job description to maybe a senior florist? (just realised you already said that)
