I am the employer, and my florist has worked for me for 18 months straight from college, has had a pay rise a year ago, gets 5 weeks paid holiday, double time for all her overtime, monthly performance bonus, staff meals out 4 times a year, but has asked for more money, shop very quite at mo, but do not want to loose her. she is the only full time florist. i was thinking of putting it up by 25p per hour to 6.25, and then reviewing it in 3 months when shop gets busier, does that seem stingy or am i being fair
