Carrington I don’t know how you can liken it to a customer asking us to re-wrap someone elses product. I would liken it more to one of my business customers that order once in a while off us asking for an order which we agreed to. Then after I just decided not to do the order, lecturing them about using us more regularly . It just wouldn’t happen. If we ever decided that we couldn’t fulfil an order, no matter how busy were I would let the customer know.
Yes I would obviously have arranged to pick them up if they had said they couldn’t deliver them for me.
