I'm sure most of us can understand suppliers getting cheesed off with customers who order out of the blue every now and then but I think this situation was due to a lack of communication. Perhaps the person sosas spoke to didn't pass on the message that they had agreed to deliver so when she sent through the order the person who picked it up probably thought cheeky mare. To me, it looks like a case of simple misunderstanding. The email they sent was harsh, but I doubt they would have replied in such a manner had they known one of their staff had already agreed to deliver the plants. Well, I'd like to think they wouldn't!

oops ... sorry didn't explain myself very well. Done in haste. Nope Turner Makin shouldn't have promised and then let Sosas down ... that's not on and I will talk to Michael when I get a chance in case it was a communication error so he knows.

What I was trying to say is that wholesalers are also finding it tough and as a result may get tougher and that everyone should be aware.

I'll go find a shovel!
